So I’ll be completely honest and tell you that I haven’t worked out in quite a while! But when I was riding a lot I went to the gym everyday and did (normally) 30 minutes on the elliptical, run (anywhere from 3-6 miles) then I’d do weights (either abs and arms or abs and legs). I also did hot yoga twice a week! As far as eating…I eat whatever as long as it’s in moderation! But typing this up has made me realize that I need to get back in the gym ASAP! :] so I helped you out a little bit!
